1962 Chevrolet Impala original 409 engine

The original 409 engine was fully balanced and rebuilt with forged TRW 11.1 pistons and upgraded stainless valves. In 2017 the next owner after restoration upgraded the cam to a Comp Cams 48-000-5 and added roller rockers, HD springs, and titanium locks and retainers to strengthen the top end. Bob Ream rebuilt the Date code correct original Carburetors in 2018. This car runs Flawlessly, starts right up cold and idles immediately dropping RPM’s as it comes off the choke just like it did when new.
