Today- Edsel's are highly sought after. This 1958 Edsel is completed in its correct Charcoal Brown exterior, with a white cove. It has its white boxcalf vinyl bolsters with Sunset Coral boxcalf vinyl inserts. The interior is believed to be the original interior. The convertible top is in excellent condition, with a charcoal brown boot. Complimenting the interior is the sunset coral carpeting and mats. The interior is absolutely perfect.
The Edsel has a power antenna (which works), a heater that does blow hot, teletouch automatic transmission, two tone paint, the original factory wheel covers, with the optional "spinner". The Edsel transmission locks in park, and remains locked until the ignition key is turned. This feature is still used on today's cars. The engine is the E400 V8 361/303hp. The 1958 Edsel is the only car to have it torque rating displayed on the engine.
