Starting beneath the shimmering hood, 'motorvation' comes in the form of a Roush 402IR stroker that pumps out 513 hp and 484 lb-ft of torque. Components include a Dart block with four-bolt mains, 4340 forged billet steel crank, 4340 billet steel H-beam rods, forged aluminum pistons, a hydraulic roller cam, Roush aluminum heads with 2.02/1.60 valves, Edelbrock RPM Air Gap aluminum intake manifold with CNC ported 185cc runners, MSD fuel injection and billet distributor, and custom headers. The ample power is passed to a Ford AOD automatic transmission with a TCI 2,400 rpm stall, then back to a Ford 9" rear with Richmond 3.50 gears, an Eaton Truetrac differential, and 31-spline axles. When the time comes to rein in the horses, this thoroughbred is ready with Baer Racing four-piston calipers squeezing drilled and slotted discs.
