This vehicle is one of 7,670 3.8 Liter Series I Fixed Head Coupes ever produced between 1961 & 1964. This vehicle received an older restoration & is absolutely STUNNING! This Series I Fixed Head Coupe is equipped with the very rare & sought after Syncromesh Four Speed Gearbox. The Syncromesh transmission was not offered until midway through 1964. So this is a rare Series I example with the 3.8 Liter Inline Six Motor & the Syncromesh Transmission. In 1965 Jaguar switched to the 4.2 Liter motor. This example is a fully numbers matching vehicle that is equipped with the original factory exterior color. That includes an elegant British Racing Opalescent Dark Green exterior with absolutely gorgeous Tan Leather Hides (original interior color was Suede Green) & Chrome spoked wheels.
