1965 Plymouth V8 273 CID 235 HP Engine Barracuda

This 1965 Barracuda Formula “S” edition originally came with a 273 CID 235 HP V8 motor in it with a 4-barrel carburetor, it now has a strong 318 CID V8 motor and I can tell you it has more zip than the 273. The motor still has its Original Chrome 273 Commando Air cleaner and Valve Covers and it is running very well. If you know anything about these motors you know they are one of the best motors ever made and last forever. The engine is backed by a Smooth three speed Automatic Transmission that also performs well, and has a B&M floor mounted Mega shifter. We have the original console and Floor shifter that comes with the car if you want it (see last pic). This car sounds Awesome with the new stock style exhaust with a Flowmaster muffler and correct chrome tip. The code "P4X" Black Interior is original and had been re-upholstered, NICE Original front bucket seats, Nice Original rear bench seat, nice Original dash pad and gauge panel (all ORIGINAL gauges are working) Including Rare Factory "S" model only Tachometer, nice Original door panels and a nice ORIGINAL steering wheel. This BEAUTY is nicely equipped, including Am/ FM Cassette Radio, working and 4 Dual 4-way speakers, factory retractable seat belts and a chrome exterior mirror.
