1969 Plymouth Road Runner Big block 383 HP engine original rust free sheet metal
Big block 383 HP engine and original numbers matching 727 AT transmission,
It has always been a very nice and well cared for car. It was never an abused project car, never was cut up and welded back together with junk metal, never wrecked and never rusted. It was professionally repainted a few years ago its original color, R4 Red, and still looks fresh and new. It has a beautiful Black vinyl top and Black Performance Hood Stripes and White reflective side stripes. It has an excellent Black interior and the car is loaded with factory original options. It has the A14 Spring Special pkg, the A36 3.55 suregrip Performance Axle pkg, the A87 Deluxe Interior pkg, power steering, power disc brakes, factory undercoating and sound deadening pkg, 26 inch "054" heavy duty cooling radiator and more. It also has working add-on air conditioning which is great on a hot day or if you want to be totally original, it is very easy to remove. It also has an electronic ignition upgrade. The lights, beep-beep horn and gauges all work and there is an add-on oil pressure gauge and tach also.
It has the original rims that are in mint condition along with a set of correct F70X14 reproduction redline bias ply tires that are in near new condition. The original spare tire is in the trunk. The engine and transmission were freshened up a few years ago and have only about 4-5000 miles on them since and operate as they should. The front suspension and steering are all original and in good working condition but it comes with a front end rebuild kit to install when you want to. It runs and drives excellent and really there is not much more you could do to improve the car.
