Superformance was founded as "Superformance International Inc." by Hi-Tech Automotive Ltd. in 1996 and is currently the only firm licensed by Carroll Shelby Licensing, Inc. to build reproductions of the Cobra and the Shelby Cobra continuation models. Titled in Arizona as a 1965 Ford Cobra, this Superformance recreation is finished in iconic royal blue paint with white stripes. It's powered by a 460ci big block bored out to a 502ci with 475hp backed up by a Tremec 5-speed transmission. The side pipes were Jet-Hot coated, the shocks have been upgraded to adjustable coil overs, and a Clarion stereo were all tastefully installed when the car was new. Superformance options include polished and functional quick lifts, full soft top, and tonneau cover.
