1952 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup 954 Miles Gray Pickup 427 cubic inch V8
Quality older build. 427 Corvette engine, TH400 transmission, Camaro subframe with power steering, independent front suspension, and power disc brakes. Comfortable interior with late-model seat. A cool hauler that’s ready to rumble today. If there’s one vehicle that we can point to that’s red hot in today’s market, it’s Chevy’s Advance Design pickups. Handsome, practical, and easy to modify, they offer everything an enthusiast wants in a hobby vehicle. This particular 1952 Chevy 3100 pickup has a traditional look with nothing shaved, chopped or modified and the color combination is just beautifully done. Two-tone wasn’t common in 1952 but there’s no denying that it looks great on the Advance Design curves, with silver fenders accentuating the gunmetal gray bodywork. And speaking of bodywork, it’s quite nicely done with straight sheetmetal, good gaps, and lots of block sanding to get that wave-free finish. The build was finished perhaps 15 years ago, so it’s not perfect but there are no notable dings or scratches and you’ll be able to show this one with pride just about anywhere you go. There’s also a lot of new chrome and stainless trim, including the grille, bumpers, door handles, and taillights, giving the truck a polished look.
