1970 Ford Mustang Sportsroof with a 302 4 speed 54424 Miles
1970 Mustang Sportsroof with a 302, 4-speed, shaker hood, sport slats, 4 wheel disc brakes, and manual steering. Selling because it is my only car and I need something I can take in the rain/snow. Below is a list of maintenance/upgrades completed since I bought the car in January of 2021:New radiator, upper and lower hoses, high flow water pump, high flow thermostat, new thermostat housingUpgraded Eaton Detroit leaf springs, new shackles and u-boltsNew battery, voltage regulator, alternatorNew upper and lower control arms, springs and insulators, sway bar end links and bushings, strut bar bushings, inner and outer tie rod ends, QA1 tie rod sleeves4-piston Wilwood disc brakes front and rear, manual Wilwood master cylinder, new brake lines front and rearRebuilt carb, new spark plugs, fuel filterNew front tiresNew steering boxLast oil/filter change was completed in March of 2022Maintenance records available and included with sale. Car has a targa style removable hardtop that was already installed when I bought it. Has spent about half its time garaged and the other half outside under a fitted car cover. Odometer reads 54,424 TMU. Overall, car is very mechanically sound but has some minor cosmetic imperfections. Starts every time and runs, drives, stops, shifts, and steers as expected. Almost no body rust with only surface rust on the recently replaced tie rod ends. Inspector's report from when I purchased the car in January 2021 is available upon request.
