This 1948 Cadillac Series 61 Club Coupe is finished in maroon over a color-coordinated interior and is powered by a 346ci L-head V8 paired with a Hydra-Matic four-speed automatic transmission. The two-door Club Coupe or “sedanette” features fastback styling as well as exterior details such as a “Flying Goddess” hood mascot, a split windscreen and three-pane back light, rear wheel skirts, and twin P-38 Lightning-inspired tail fins with a concealed fuel filler on the left side. The exterior on this example was refinished in Madeira Maroon during previous ownership according to the seller, who notes a scratch under the driver’s side rear window imperfections on the front bumper as depicted in the gallery.Steel 15” steel wheels wear chrome wheel covers.
