1971 Jaguar E Type Pale Primrose Yellow V12 4 speed coupe
Here is an exciting and sexy car....a very nice 1971 Jaguar E-Type V-12 4-speed coupe!
This cool Jag has an excellent body and underside. The car was stored in a heated garage the past 10+ years. The Pale Primrose Yellow paint is in very good shape as is the chrome, glass, light lenses, and window and door trim and rubber seals. The sexy and curvy body is very smooth as you can see in the photos. The car was just serviced at a very good shop that specializes in foreign cars. All new fluids, brakes checked, clutch checked, engine checked and carbs tuned. The car starts, runs and drives great with tight steering and good power. The spoked wheels are in great looking condition and the Michelin radials have lots of tread. There were not many 4-speeds in the 1971 Jaguar V-12 numbers, mostly automatics. The original black interior is in great shape as well. The seats are very comfortable. The telescopic steering wheel works. No cracks in the dash. Both doors open and shut well. No rattles. Windows roll well. Boot/hatch opens easily and shuts tightly. The bonnet unlocks and locks nicely and no rattling. Orignal Zenith-Stromberg carbs. These items are working: turn signals, headlights and taillights, fuel gauge, temp gauge, clock, oil pressure gauge, battery gauge, choke and its amber 'Cold" light, radio, hand/e-brake, speedometer and odometer and trip meter, tachometer (tach does bounce occasionally), telescoping steering wheel, oil and hand brake red warning light, the 3 lights on the speedometer circle light up(red-ignition, orange-fuel, blue-head lamps), These are not currently working: horn.The original jack in the black bag and spare tire with spoked rim are included. New battery also. Cruise around the neighborhood is this very sexy and rare Jag.
