1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS396 Glacier Blue 450HP 930 Miles
This car started life painted fathom green with midnight green interior. As you can see, it is no longer that color combination (good choice in my opinion). The motor is a 396 custom built built. The engine features: - Cast aluminum pistons - Larger intake and exhaust valves - 2 bolt main - Moly push rods - Balanced - Beefed up cam - Estimated HP is approx. 450HP - See engine spec sheet in the photo section showing part #'s etc. - 10:1 compression ratio on pump gasStock valves are 2.06 intake and 1.72 exhaust. Now are 2.19 and 1.88. The stock rocker arm ratio is 1.6. Now 1.72. The camshaft is a Howard's flat tappet hydraulic .553 lift 291 duration but lift is greater because of longer rockers. Power band on cam is 2400-6600 rpm. Melting oil pump. Love separation angle of cam is 110. Other features include: - 4 speed - 3.73 gears - 12 bolt posi rear end - Ground up restoration - Tubular upper and lower front A arms - Front and rear sway bars - Subframe connectors - Traction bars - Holley Sniper EFI fuel injection - New fuel and brake lines front to back - All new interior - Console with sawtooth gauges - New fuel tank - Virtually everything on this car is new - 935 miles since build - Glacier blue with white SS stripes and cowl induction hood.
