1952 Jaguar XK XK120 OTS iconic British Racing Green paint
This is a gorgeous, numbers-matching 1952 Jaguar XK120 OTS ("Open Two-Seater"). It is finished in iconic British Racing Green paint over an Old Biscuit colored leather interior and has undergone a total body-off restoration. This legendary Jaguar is stunning in person and looks as though it has just rolled off the assembly line in Coventry. Perhaps as important, this is a tour ready Jaguar needing nothing to be enjoyed. We have applied for the Jaguar/Daimler Heritage Certificate for this car and will be updating the information on earlier history once it is known. On June 8, 2003, this car was acquired by a Jaguar specialist in Scottsdale, Arizona where the aforementioned body-off restoration took place. This painstaking process of body off, nut and bolt restoration took three full years to complete. The result is excellent. In August of 2006, the Jaguar went on to a large classic car collection in Baberton, Ohio where it was proudly displayed until March 19, 2010, when John Tulloch acquired it. Mr. Tulloch is an avid car collector and enthusiast based in both Illinois and Arizona. He enjoyed this Jaguar on tours through Arizona, always finding it as reliable as it is gorgeous. The British Racing Green livery on this car is in excellent condition with very few minor blemishes. In direct sunlight, it shines beautifully and has the wonderful deep luster that this color is known for. The chrome trim pieces are in wonderful condition (as to be expected after such a restoration) and highlight the details of this beautiful car.
