1967 Ford Mustang Candyapple Red with unique black striping
For the Classic Mustanger in your life--whether it's you or someone else--this is THE perfect belated "New Year/New You" gift--or "Warm Weather is Just Around The Corner", to yourself or that Mustanger you're thinking about! I'm selling my 1967 Mustang Convertible.
The unique black striping was added in 1977; the car is its original Candyapple Red color. The floor pans and rocker boxes are solid, the car has always been stored indoors. It has a few dents and dings as you would expect from a 56 year old car, but it runs very well and still looks nice. This car is an excellent driver just the way it is--or a perfect car to restore if you wish. It has a power top that functions properly. Manual steering and brakes, recent tune up on the 289 2bbl engine. Automatic Transmission fluid and filter have also been changed, the transmission shifts smoothly. This Mustang is very original; it has the Magnum 500 wheels with brand-spankin'-new Cooper Cobra raised-letter tires and valve stems (the tires still have the "blue protection" over the letters!--the pics were taken with the old tires). The radiator has been replaced with an original-type, so it runs cool and looks "stock". It doesn't overheat at all (a common issue with Classic Mustangs is that they run hot---this one does not)! All new brakes and stops on a dime! Original black interior and steering wheel along with the factory AM radio that still works; the steering wheel has been replaced and new (the old one was cracked and beyond repair). The door panels and dash bezel trim are new,but I have the original parts boxed up. An engine dress-up kit was also installed, but I also have all the original parts boxed up and those will also go with the car if you would like them. The Mustang has had a recent tune up and oil change, the car runs smoothly. All the hoses and clamps are period-correct for this year Mustang.
