1980 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 HUGGER Super Rare only 90 being ever built
1980 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Super Rare "HUGGER" #13 of 90.This is a must have for any Chevrolet collector. These special edition Camaros were limited to only 90 being ever built. Interestingly enough the majority of these cars came in orange and only 6 came in black.
Unique equipment would consist of Minilite magnesium wheels wrapped in Dunlop Steelmax 205/70HR14 rubber, Koni shocks, SVD-developed rear sway bar, SVD front spoiler with fog lights, Racemark steering wheel, windshield clips, rear window strips, hood pins, and special Hugger badging and striping.
Paint shows very nicely all decals are in great shape. The car still has the special Minilite magnesium wheels and just fitted with a new set of BF Goodrich tires on all 4 corners. Bottom of the car is clean with many detailed photos of the undercarriage available.Interior is all original in unrestored condition. The seats show very nicely the dash is not damaged or cracked the car maintains the original AM/FM Cassette radio. Our car is fitted with factory Air conditioning, power steering, power windows, electric rear window defogger, cruise control, Limited slip differential, and dual horns. The car was recently serviced and the following maintenance items were just done as of October 2022. - New battery- 4 New BF goodrich tires- Chevrolet L82 Valve covers/ gaskets- Fresh set of Spark plugs- Fresh Oil Change- New brake master cylinder and fluid / brake flush- New starter- New GM weather mats- Transmission rebuild/reseal- All new gaskets and engine seals ( front, rear man water pump oil pan and so on)Our Z28 drives very nice and tight. The Koni shocks and enhanced sway bars that were installed on these Huggers provide significant feed back when driving and cornering. The 350 V8 runs strong and sounds fantastic. Power is smooth throughout the powerband and the shifts from the freshly serviced transmission are precise and smooth.
