1967 Ford Mustang GT Totally restored rust free
Ford Mustang. Totally restored rust free and built better than Ford intended. 427 Holman Moody side oiler block with special order Ford Nascar crank and connecting rods (sought after collectable pieces) with BBM CNC ported aluminum heads, port matched Victor intake and solid lift Lunati cam and QFT 950 CFM carb making 590HP built by Jeff Lawrence Race Engines. Happy to include dyno sheet to the serious. Flows through 2 1/2" Dynomax exhaust with X pipe. Mated to Tremec 5 speed with 4:10's & 9" TRU TRAC rear. Ram clutch assembly with dual friction disc. Dated suspension replaced with Global West tubular A arms with adjustable coil overs and GW rear leafs. Added a Watts Link to the rear which provides ZERO body roll. This is by far the best handling 67 out there Hands Down! Avon soft rubber compound tires with Goodyear emblems Vulcanized to the sidewalls. Narrowed the rear 2" to accommodate the wider rear sneakers and able to lower it's stance. Deleted the factory power steering and added an electric power assist column with adjustable feedback control in the console alongside the MSD box. Deleted the rear seat (who ever sits back there) and saved 100 lbs which ads to the near perfect balance when I scaled the four corners. Of coarse the aluminum heads and water pump helped. Four wheel Willwood disc brakes.
Cobra style fiberglass hood and deleted the horse and corral in front grill while keeping the GT fog lights and custom 427 emblem makes for a much more aggressive look. The rear louvers are one off custom aluminum pieces hand bent on an English Wheel. Interior is spectacular with wrap around rally seats and three point harness. 140MPH speedo and 8,000RPM tach. Sequential taillight blinkers.
Sump fuel tank and all steel braided lines. So much more.
