Consumers loved the car, tagged as one of Harley Earl's "dream cars". Instead of developing an entirely new model line to support the wagon, Chevrolet, using the existing popularity of the Bel Air name, presented the Nomad as the Bel Air Nomad - a wagon for those looking for more space in their Bel Air. The wagon was a hit and would continue production on and off until 1972.This 1957 Nomad is the result of an over-the-top restoration completed by the previous owner. Finished in India Ivory over Coronado Yellow, this car was restored with a nod to originality while adding certain modern conveniences.
