1973 Triumph TR6 Rust Free 23k Original Miles AMAZING
Here is an absolutely beautiful 1973 Triumph TR6 that is extremely low mile and in excellent condition!!!! This Triumph has been lovingly cared for be its 4 owners and the history file is several inches thick showing the great care it has received over the last 47 years.
Exterior: This Triumph looks fantastic in its gorgeous white paint. The paint job oshows very well and the body is free of any rust bubbles, or waves in the body work. The bottom side of the car has been undercoated since new and has done its job preventing any rust. The body is LASER straight and looks beautiful. This is the nicest body I have ever seen on a TR6. Again, this is a solid rust free Triumph!!! The paint has a very "deep" look and has great shine and depth. This is a car that you could bring to a high level car show and show it with pride, or you could go on great long weekend drives in. Overall the exterior is in great original shape.
Interior: The classic Black interior of this Triumph is like new and in excellent condition despite it being 47 years old. The front seats are like new and in excellent shape. They are free of stains, rips and tears. The dash pad is in perfect condition and is free of cracks etc... Every courtesy light, every gauge etc... are all in great working order. The convertible top is in remarkable condition for being an original top with only slight yellowing in the windows. The windows are still very clear and the top is ready for use for many more years. Overall the interior of this car is beautiful and is a great place to waste the weekend away. Lifting up the carpet, reveals pristine original floors with ZERO signs of rust. A quick look under the dash confirms that this car has not been botched together and is very tidy. Really the car is in incredible condition.
Engine: The classic straight six fires right up and runs like a top. This engine has been checked over recently and gone through with new fluids for the engine trans and differential. The key to the preservation of this car has been REGULAR maintenance and CARE. The engine runs beautifully. It always starts and runs excellent. The original matching numbers straight 6 runs sewing machine smooth and sounds GREAT!!! The car steers beautifully and the car tracks perfectly down the road. The suspension is very tight and the car is just a great driving car. Very few Triumphs for sale are as clean and as well sorted as this TR6. This car really is a blast to drive!!!
