1967 Chevrolet Camaro
I have quite a list of all the aftermarket parts installed in this beautiful black 1967 Camaro. As you can see, it was built to race in the quarter mile but it could be driven occasionally on the street on cool days. It runs on regular pump gas due to the mild compression at 10.5 to 1 Here is a list of most of the parts in the car. If you have any questions regarding any other parts feel free to send me a question. Engine: 555 cu. in. Intake: Edelbrock Victor port matchedCarb: Holley Dominator 1050 cfmAs for horsepower of this BBC, it is around 700 HP on pump gas. At a mile high the car runs in the mid to low 10's at 130 MPH on pump gas. Sea level it would be faster. The motor was built to run on Nitrous if so desired. Ignition: MSD 7AL-3 Distributor MSD and plug wires MSD Crank Trigger MSD Harmonic Damper: B-H-J and CSI electric water pumpNitrous System: NOS Big Shot system with a purge solenoid. The nitrous system is not connected, so some wiring will need to be done to use the system again. I have a 10 lb. Nitrous Bottle that is still full and will go with the car. Radiator: Griffin Heavy Duty Aluminum Headers: Hooker Super Comp 2.25" primary with 4" collectorsMufflers: Dual Borla stainless "XR-1" Transmission: Jerico (DR4) Drag race 4 speed with optional downshift sliders . There is a separate lever to engage into reverse. Clutch: Mcleod Dual Disc with hydraulic throw out bearing. Bellhousing is LakewoodRear end: Ford 9" with a Detroit Locker, 4.11 gears, Strange 35-spline Pro Race "hy-Tuf" axles and back brace on rear housing. Frontend: Global West upper and lower tubular arms with billet aluminum height adjustable spring set up. I have the car frontend sitting low but you can adjust it to raise the frontend if desired. It would need to be realigned if you did. The steering box is manual style from Flaming RiverTires and Wheels: Centerline Convo Pro aluminum rims Hoosier front 25.0x 5.0-15 rear tires 29.0/11.0-15 slicksThe roll bars are 6 point with race bucket seats. The Cowl induction hood is fully functional as you can see in the pics. The paint and body work were done by the previous owner being that he had his own body shop and did a great job with the paint and body work. The color is Dupont Super Jet Black and the paint is show quality.
I have always taken great care to not let the car get scratched by fools and have always carefully washed it. It has always been garaged and covered when not used.
