We have owned our camper since 1990's storage until 3 yrs ago when the restoration was started. Complete disassembly except for front beam. Any part that was poor or marginal was discarded and replace with the best parts available. All new rubber seals to body panels, and all rubber seals to glass replaced.. Thanks to "The Bus Depot", West Coast Metric, and other suppliers for those small but necessary items needed to complete this project, and Samba Nation!!! Finished in Dupont single stage paint w/ hardner to replicate the OEM finish... I believe the photos of the exterior/interior speak for themselves, sooo I will go into what can't be seen! Motor completely rebuilt, cases, crank, heads, and externals where retained. Euro style exhaust, new carburetors, electronic ignition, ect. Rebuilt transaxle, CV joints, KYB shocks, Boge steering shock. Brake system including, rebuilt calipers, rotors machined and faced, rear drums machined, rear wheel cylinders, power assist servo, master cylinder are new. HK Vantra 8 ply tires to stop body roll!!
Interior camper section redone in Sage marine vinyl, commercial grade floor covering, wood panel refinished, all camper components where scrubbed/cleaned and are original. Blue tooth equipped, hubcaps are dinged and scratched but are OEM. and dash pad/cover has a small separation in the center
