Found parked in 1975 sitting behind a house in a fallen shed an original 1970 Dodge Challenger factory 340 4 barrel, 4 speed car with 18,000 original miles.....burnt orange with orange interior....nicely optioned with rally dash with tach, power steering, power disc brakes, console, lower rocker moldings (missing) bumble bee stripe, tinted glass, 15 rally wheels, etc......car will need total restoration......looks like someone started to put a sunroof in it? I don't think it's factory so I found a complete roof cut off a wrecked 70 Challenger that will go with car.... state in mid 70's was then hit in the front hence the 71 nose on it now.........been sitting ever since....still has factory matching numbers 340 engine with 4936 carburetor and dual point distributor, 4 speed trans and 3.55 rear end....fender tag is missing? but rad support, cowl, door jamb sticker.....I got the car running and driving and runs off a gas can...it runs great has tons of power and believe it or not car still has original dual exhaust system on it with factory mufflers, resonators and tips....body is straight with very little rust...frame rails, trunk extensions, torsion bar anchors and underside are rock solid....trunk looks good....missing air cleaner as it was stolen....car needs correct 70 fenders put on it and probably had a power bulge hood which you can also get repro.....doors and trunk lid shut perfectly as an 18,000 mile car would....great car to restore...
